I always go to my local Vons Market in Northridge, but this cashier named Anna was really rude. She refused to scan a coupon that was printed on my receipt from a previous purchase. I’m very disappointed because it would have saved me $5 on a $25 purchase. Anna was very rude and unprofessional. It’s especially disappointing because I’ve never had this kind of experience here before, and I shop here all the time.

I've only been to this store once. I thought maybe the clearance section has items that were close to expiration. Not over a year though. I had read about expired food in the reviews before. This might explain why a chicken salad meal I bought at the deli area tasted and smelled bad. Not totally gross but bad none the less. Had to be thrown away. Also had two small sharp bones in it. This is the worst vons ive ever been to. Products are all over the place. No organization what so ever. Pick up water from one end of the store, sparkling from the other end and the rest of the drinks from the middle with some spread out over the sides.
