My experience at VUC is always wonderful. I only go when Nurse Audrey S is there. She is kind, informative, and always takes her time with patients. I have never felt rushed by her. Mark is one of the best MAs around he truly cares about the patients he helps. The front desk staff are just as wonderful they are always polite, caring, and welcoming. Have a lingering cough for days with severe sinus congestion  and shortness of breath only at night. Went to urgent care and waited for about 10 minutes after check in. Stuff was kind and Doctor that was there he was so helpful and told me things that no one else did. Not even my primary doctor told me.  So thankful for the urgent care office.

I am amazed how fast everything went.  So happy that it was so easy!  Thank you!   Quick and Easy! Love it!  Check in was a breeze as well as the check out!  What an efficient place! I will recommend! Except that they have difficulties or dislike with secondary insurance billing and will tell you that you are ineligible when you are.
