On Friday, April 24, 2026, the nose pad on my glasses broke. I went into LensCrafters, where I was assisted by a very lovely associate named Angela. She replaced my nose pads immediately while I waited. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters for any eyewear services. Thank you again, Angela, for the excellent customer service. — Martin, Park Regency Realty

I have been to LensCrafters 0790 in Northridge Fashion Center and ordered a new pair of glasses. The staff and doctor are very accommodating and helpful. Melisa is good at providing specific information regarding the glasses. Very satisfied.

This was my second visit, and just like my first experience, it was outstanding! This time, sunglasses frame got bent, but as soon as I walked in, Ashley greeted me and immediately helped me get it fixed. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how quickly Ashley took care. Thank you, Ashley, for making my second visit another great experience!

She introduced us to the buy one, get one 50% off promotion, walked us through different payment options to find what work...
