I recently had the opportunity to use Concentra Urgent Care due to a injury at my job. They were so accommodating when it came to my doctor visits and my PT visits. Some people do value covered parking but I do!! Living in CA getting in a cool car is worth driving for, at least in my eyes. People are friendly and respectful. Wait time is minimal. I highly recommend Concentra Care for your next health need.

I got a new job and was asked to go here for a test and everyone from the nurses at reception down to the professionals who took me in were very sweet, kind, thorough, and just overall patient. The office itself was very clean and just overall a good office to be in.

Terrible service. The front desk never sent my paperwork to the back office and I waited over an hour. Once I made them aware they took another 35 minutes to call me in. The eye, hearing and urine test was quick but I waited another hour and a half in the room waiting for the physician. I spent over 4 hours all because of the incompetence.
